From Learner to Software Developer & Founder: My Journey with Expertrange (Zim)??
It is a true blessing to reflect on the years I�ve spent as a learner within academic institutions. However, the path to truly becoming a Software Developer requires a level of relentless perseverance and patience that goes far beyond the classroom. I am proud to say: I am now one. ?

I�m now at a point where I fully understand this craft, and that reality is visible through the creation of Expertrange - which has grown from a vision into an entire ecosystem, now available on both web and mobile. It sounds simple to say, but the learning required to build this was far beyond what any academic premises could ever offer.

I have always been driven by a deep passion for the state-of-the-art and complex technical problem-solving. ?
This message comes just ahead of the official launch of the Expertrange Mobile App on Android, which is coming very soon as we wrap up our current testing phase! ??

The combination of raw passion and doing the work you love is an unbeatable strength. It�s what makes a reliable leader - and even more, a founder. Innovation here isn�t just born out of necessity; it is a deeply rooted, self-driven ambition and mission.

At times, maybe it's because I've always answered questions with far more than what was asked. I have weathered storms and raging industrial turbulences - some of which were meant to extinguish my light. But I come from a family where failure is not an option. I come from 'The Family of Time' ?.

From a place of deep hope, my heart goes out to the parents who stood firmly by us throughout this journey, investing every ounce they had to secure our future. Behind every young adult�s gown, success, and smile, there is a family - a real family- working silently backstage, sacrificing their own interests for the priority of our enlightenment through education. ???

As an innovator, I asked myself: What if we could create a solution that helps us appreciate them? It might sound unconventional, but if you can build a solution that our parents, relatives, or community can actually utilize and benefit from, we have succeeded.

This is a Professional Networking platform that has opportunities in it when they can choose spending time for connections and income than entertainment only. Here we have both. So Expertrange is balanced. Invite even mothers or fathers, elders such that when they want to get some work done they simply post it on Expertrange than to physically search for the best professionals. A profile has a portfolio. This is where users post their work experience references , milestones and Testimonials. And posts work for either professional posts or simply life social media posts. Else the developers Launch as satisfactory as it is. The point is inclusivity of the user's your views to best meet the user expectations in conjunction with the platform's objectives.

Expertrange Beta

The ecosystem of our platform is meant to achieve high income generation if utilised accordingly.

Test Focus:
1 � Create an Account and complete /edit your Profile , Use the Home tab to view the public posts try Networking (follow / unfollow), On your profile add your portfolio posts for work experience and testimonials which help build customer / client trust hence (the portfolio is) intentionally seperated to stand alone for the ease of access, Create General posts & try post promotion. As well on your profile click on the followers / following or Invites tabs to see who Follows you and who you follow. There you can change the following metrics.

2. � On the Explore tab : Work/ inquiry broadcasts, respond to opportunities with your bids, check if you are getting alerts on Explore and across the app includingthe notifications page, hiring & messaging. This page is for High velocity new live work alerts and request launching. More that the page offers is displayed above the Quick Search Engine.

3. � Dashboard, check on new work alerts, Add plans(tasks) and publish , Get Expert responses on the Reach tab, Try making a Subscription and check your allet balance if it gets deducted as per the corresponding Subscription plan chosen. Try Exchanging Your Promotional balance to The wallet balance top up.

4. � Expertrange Marketplace- use your profile page to add your listings and check if your Listings immediately get published on the Expertrange Marketplace (the bottom right conner tab). Secondly try sending messages for the products you like on the Marketplace then check if the messaging app classifies Market messages under the market Tab.

5. �The Social Front: Try liking posts, comment, save, and share . Get your saved posts on the top right conner settings button , thats the account page. Right the you can locate your Saved posts. The Social front is meant to publish the Business marketing Ads and general posts.

6� Messages. Chat and text with others within your reach. Report to us any errors. More features are on the way. The Projects tab is for messages specifically from the High velocity Work tabs i.e the Explore tab and the Dashboard tab and their preceding pages.

Report your Experience, including errors noted through the in app Forum or dm. Mention other Few features noted you might want to get improved. However on the first app's release we might have to release the current version so ogher major modules are coming in the future versions. So that we do not increase the delay to launch the app.

For all futuristic Features you expect, use the Forum to submit them .To access the forum Go to the bottom Explore tab. And on the Engine top right conner click the search icon. On the page that Displays the Forum hs a green Button. Click it and use the plus button on the bottom right of the page that opens. Then pick a topic and submit your Review.

Note that we review the revires you send for moderation before the reviews are made public. So the reviews you add do not immediately appear publicly like some you might see . Be advised that we have a road map on the futuristic futures, sharing an opinion will not guarantee that we had no plans to add the feature. Rather discussions are merely considered as suggestions and not intellectual property. Also help us add more to our Privacy Policy as well as the Terms and conditions of use. Get the pages on the Account page to read on our current mentioned documents.
